Gossip Bite: Usher Files For A Divorce

I told you guys the rumors were true, Usher filed for divorce from his wife and the mother of his two childern. Usher and Tameka have not been spotted together since she came back from Brazel. I know his momma is thinking in the back of her mind I told you so. I wonder if Chilli’s still on speed dail.
“Usher and stylist Tameka Foster have been living apart for the past year, according to U.S. publication In Touch. Divorce papers were filed in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday morning (11Jun09). The shocking news comes just four months after Foster suffered cardiac arrest during cosmetic surgery in Brazil. At the time, Usher, who flew to be by her side, insisted he had no idea his wife was there for the procedure. A source close to the couple says, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.” The couple has two kids together, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, six months.”

Yeah it’s sad though I was pushing for them
You right alot about being married and what a married couple should or shouldn’t do but you are not married so how do you know all of this fantastic advise that you are providing. A marriage is a 50/50 bond of respect, spiritually, compromise and all the things needed to keep your marriage strong. It has nothing to do with one person paying more bills than the other or cleaning the house more than the other as all that is frivolous BS. If you both are doing everything possible at being partners then nothing can break the marriage.
I think woman should not stay in the marriage for the kids although I understand that kids make it harder to leave but if your sole reason for staying is for thee kids then that person is jeopardizing their happiness everyday and there sure is no reason to stay when there has been no committment made in the eyes of god. We have all these women staying with cheating boyfriends, abusive boyfriends, disrespectful boyfriends as if they are married please lets wake up for real. Kelis did exactly what she should have done if he is disrespecting their marriage and putting his hands on her. I commend her for being strong and getting out baby or not.
@ Alecia I don’t have to be married to understand the obvious, but I do agree that it should be 50/50 commitment to each other actually I feel like it should 100/100 percent within a marriage. Especially respect I’m speaking on the little things that can tear a relationship down… And I agree with you but I will add married women should not stay with there cheating spouse either.. Like I said once you get fed up enough is enough…
