A 24-year-old man, Jermaine Ruiz, was charged in the deaths of Jessica Ybe, 22, and her 2-year-old and 5-year-old girls. Cops found their bodies yesterday in their East Flatbush apartment. Cops were prompted to the murder after Jermaine called his father in the Bronx and told him what he had done.

On the scene cops found Jessica Ybe partially wrapped in plastic bags and the children rolled in a carpet according to cops. Cops say Jermaine Ruiz was preparing to hide the bodies in a dumpster. After cops found the bodies he confessed to killing all three. Cops charged Jermaine Ruiz, 24, in the deaths of Jessica Ybe, 22, and her 2- and 5-year-old girls a day after finding the bodies in theirEast Flatbush apartment.

Ybe was partially wrapped in plastic bags and the children were rolled in a carpet, cops said. Ruiz, 24, was preparing to hide the bodies in a Dumpster.

He confessed to killing all three, cops said.

A neighbor told the Daily News that Ruiz had asked the super Thursday where to find a Dumpster that would hold a large amount of trash.

“It’s heavy and it will smell,” Ruiz said, according to the neighbor. Police, who are still searching for the murder weapon, said the crime scene was grisly.
