Because a black womens expectations aren’t as high as a white womens. I hate to say that, but lets call a spade a spade. That is why every other race has more marriage than a black women, because its almost like a black woman doesn’t EXPECT marriage, just hopes for it. SMH
Oh and i think she looks just like a Beyonce and JLo hybrid, still pretty tho
I agree, I had to think about this babydoll I’m like why is it that other races of women expect to get wifed up way quicker than we do. It’s like our race have condition us to believe where not worthy of marriage or that we should not put demands on brothers because we will run them off smh.
Exactly Nichelle, that whole fear of running a man off is what it is, a conspiracy i tell ya!! I know that I could of been married twice by now, and the only reason I am not, because I REFUSE to settle. When marriage was brouhgt up in two of my relationships, the course changed a bit, and not for the worse (initially.)Then it became something that was brought up by them, I no longer talked about it, because as soon as I put it out there, my intuition told me they were not the ones, but as a women I needed proof to why lol. God showed me! Their true colors started to show, they just were not ready and instead of staying around to groom them, I move on. I can not raise a man.
And that is why even after the relationship is over they still hold me in such high regards-(as they should) because i expected more than just being wifey, I needs to be a wife. I just gotta find the right hubby material lol.
oh and remember my recent ex i told u about a while back, he STILL will not leave me alone, I never respond, and he still calls, emails and texts. Poor boy. Luckily we don’t live in the same city. And Since i don’t respond he will text back, “Fine! I won’t beg!” LMAO, and then wait a week, and text something silly. He always made me laugh, but I am not gonna crack! He just wants any response so he can start planting those seeds. I was thinking about changing my #. But he ain’t worth it.
Okay, i was just a rambling. But I know u know where I am coming from. We women just gotta stop settling for BM status and I truly think men will follow suit.
@baby doll right it’s like where groom to believe where lucky to have a man, little white girls are raised and look forward to a wedding day. They were raised to expect more than a baby momma role. It’s like that’s my baby daddy for us, and I could have been a wife to but I refused to marry somebody I knew wasn’t right. My only problem was staying around way longer than I should have.
And I do feel you about the ex they always say you don’t miss a good thang until it’s gone.
* sigh *
@zillz lol
You so right Nichelle…and I don’t know what Zillz is sighing for lol
You know why lmao lol
THE RACE DOES NOT FUCKING MATTER, BLACK BITCHES WHITE BITCHES HISPANIC BITCHES THEY ALL WANA TIE A NIGGA DOWN,
