Open Panel: Why Black Women Are Single From A Black & Asian Woman’s Mouth

First off the Asian woman was way out of line. She will never understand the struggle of a black woman so why make the smart remarks? I think the black chick was wrong to only speak from one point of view. There’s a lot of reason for women and not just black but women being single. Yes some of them don’t know how to submit and I will talk on this topic one day however; men don’t know how to lead these days. In fact I will post a blog post I wrote about that a while ago after this post. I think this video didn’t solve anything and at the end of the day I think the finger pointing should stop.

There are several reasons why a black woman is single, mostly 42% of black woman are single in the u.s thats hell of alot! anywhoo, Im single because I dont want anytype of man but at the sametime Im not looking, whoever I be with just know that they will have to bring something to the table Im not picky nor do I have low standards but as you get older you start being realistic and not shallow! some of these woman are real shallow there is a difference in finding a real man vs a fairtale dream man! lol sometimes us woman come down real hard on the man but most of them deserve it! lol! we just want man to do better so that we can keep the black family alive and vice versus! but then again god made man he didnt just make black man!

Weeeell,lol. I wonder if the Asian woman responded to the individual who approached her. I doubt it. She should have done that instead of making this pointless video. Anyways, I wish somebody would just admit that there isnt one simple explanation for why so many black women are single. I know quite a few single black women and no two stories are the same. Why are all these random youtube celebs claiming to know why millions of women are single all of a sudden? Speak for yourself. The only struggle you know is your own….

Ok, I will say it, I did not watch the video but some black women are single by choice. Some have too many baby daddies and some just have Bay Bay kids. LOL. Some are too loud and some are too bossy. Some don’t know how to treat a man because they are too busy trying to get what they can from a man. Some are too shallow and some are to materialistic. Some are so educated but yet don’t know how to communicate with their man. And the number 1 reason why some are single, keep Tasha, Shanquia, and gay Ray Ray out of your relationship. Women talk too much about their problems with other ppl and forget to talk to the source. Men are simple, they just want peace, food and good conversation. I am not disrespectiong men in anyway with my comment. Women make men complicated and they are not. Women need to take the time to get to know a man before sleeping with him. Ladies, quit giving up the goods, a real man is up for the challenge of the chase and learns to respect and appreciate women more. Women, quit getting with a thug that already has 9 kids that he is not taking care of. Some women just need to be more selective. Quit letting your first question be “how much money do you make” and start asking the real questions. What are your goals, how many ex wives/ baby mamas do you have? Women rock, we hold the power, a man can’t have sex with a women unless we let them. Ladies, let’s start respecting our selves more and remember, “We Get What We Attract”. I would not go to a bar and think I am going to find a GOD fearing man. LOL. I can go on and on with my comment/venting but I will leave you with this. A good man is not that hard to find, quit looking in all the wrong places. There are good men out there that I am sure many bypassed because of looks, nerdiness, income, or his shoes were dirty. LOL. I want a man who loves me for me. He does not have to be a flashy dresser w/bling or have the latest model vehicle. We women have evolved, we can do whatever we want. I am just so joyed/blessed that I have a husband that I can share my life with. We are not trying to keep up with “The Jonses’”, the Jones’ are now trying to figure out how to live with in their means and still be happy. LOL. If you don’t have someone to share your life with, what good is money? Yes, money does pay the bills, but I would rather be with a poor, dedicated family man vs a rich man who is a pretty boy and only takes time to find a way to take you out to show off what he bought you. BTW, my hubby is handsome, (not just to me and his mama), LOL. He is a hard worker and helps with the chores. But in fairness, I am not 20 anymore and material things mean nothing.
There are so many reasons black women arent married, everyone here has made excellent points, but people have to think a lot of men like a woman they can walk all over, and thats real.
the asian woman is correct. how is she out of line if the black dude right there is nodding his head. once again failure to see the obvious.
women don’t dictate what a real man is or what a good man is. or what a man is period. AND VICE VERSA.
we can only speak of the qualities that we WANT in another. And most of the time, they aren’t the qualities that we NEED in another.
who cares if he is nodding his head she is out of line to tell a black women anything. That’s no different then a black women telling her that Asain women get ran over because they have to walk behind her man and be controlled. That’s not any womans place to tell another why she single. So she should have address the women who said something to her but to make this video was pointless. And just because he said amen dosen’t mean shyt, it’s a lot of men who amen and they ain’t worth two nickels…..
Did’nt bother to look at the video, But I’m single because I want to be, I enjoy being single ! I have done the marriage thing and it’s not for me ! When I get tired of being single I’ll settle down. I hear it all the time why is a good looking woman like you doing single as if it’s some sort of crime, or there something wrong with me, aint a dam thing wrong with me…just enjoy my freedom right now period end of subject.

that first black woman went in hard on black women. sheesh. oh no, now the black man’s co-signing. yikes. now the asian omg. this is AWFUL. talk about one sided.
I don’t know if it’s the actual trend, but everyday someone has something to say about black women and specially why they are single.
I find very strange that only black women get pointed out for being single.
I hang out with all type of chicks and you know what (White, Black, Asian etc…) all have the same issue “find a good man”.
The only difference is that for the non-black ones single, media will portray them as independant, strong, wanting the best, relationship difficult with the opposed sex, evolution of mentalities etc….
But for “us” it will be “our fault”. lol!
Even I don’t like this type of reference, Sex on the City showed four single women unable to settle down in relationship and everybody found it, that reflected modern women!!!!!!!!!
