Hip-Hop and Comedy will unite as legendary West Coast rapperSnoop Dogg and comedianMike Epps take the stage on their tour entitled Imagine That!
The duo will put on a show with a story about two nightclub performers who were arrested and have to find their way back to freedom.
“This is an incredible opportunity to combine our similar, but different worlds of entertainment together on stage for the first time,” Epps told AllHipHop.com in a statement.
The tour will kick-off on April 27 at the Harrah’s Rincon Casino in San Diego, CA and continue by hitting the Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino in Indio, CA.
“We’ve worked together in the past on some projects and knew that our audiences would love to see us bring Hip-Hop music and Hip-Hop comedy together on stage,” Snoop Doggadded.
In related news, Mike Epps will be back on the big screen August 20, 2010 in the movie Lottery Ticket which is produced by Warner Bros. Pictures and directed by Eric White. Epps will co-star with Ice Cube, Bow Wow and Brandon T. Jackson.
Snoop’s upcoming release entitled More Malice Deluxe, which will hit stores on March 23, is a premium re-release of his album Malice N Wonderland that will include a never-before-seen mini-movie and previously unheard tracks.
