Kandi Burruss Is Ready To Date Again

R&B songstress and songwriterKandi Burruss is notably known for being a part of singing groupXscape in the 90s and writing hit records such as No Scrubs forTLC and Bills, Bills, Bills forDestiny’s Child. More recently,Kandi Burruss appeared on Bravo’s reality television showThe Real Housewives Of Atlantawhere it became publically known that her husband to be tragically passed away after a shooting incident that took place in a nightclub.

Half a year later and Kandi is putting herself back on the dating market as she and some of her closet friends made a bet that she would have to sustain from having sex for the rest of 2010.

“I’m on a bet right now where I can’t have sex with nobody until after this year is over [laughs]. So I’m not locking nobody down because I’m not letting any relationship get sexual. It’s easier to date, but when you start having sex with the person, then that makes you want to keep giving it to him. We shouldn’t be so in a rush to lay up and have sex with a guy because all of a sudden we catch those feelings. We are closing off options.”

Kandi also spoke on her ability to move onto another person just after being in a serious committed relationship; something she and her friends call “man emotion.”

“My friends say I have ‘man emotion.’ What they mean by that is sometimes I act like a dude in the sense of I can get over people easily as far as relationships. It doesn’t take me long to move on. When I decide that you ain’t doing right and you did something wrong to me, then I’m done. And I’m done. As soon as we break up, I have a date set up for the next week.”

In related news, Kandi along with the other women of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta are gearing up for the next season which will air sometime this fall.
