Kelly Rowland took center stage at the World Music Awards 2010, which took place on May 18th in Monte Carlo. The ‘Commander’ singer turned in a stunning rendition of her smash collaboration with David Guetta ‘When Love Takes Over’, which was up for a number of awards on the night.
