Ludacris has been tapped to sit on a judging panel with other celebrities to decide on the Top 10 CNN heroes of 2010.

CNN’s Anderson Cooper will host the fourth annual show titled CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute as it broadcasts live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, Thanksgiving evening (November 25).

The Cable News Network fielded over 10,000 nominations from more than 100 countries for the CNN Heroes award that gives attention to people who have gone above and beyond in performing their civic duties.

“CNN Heroes has illustrated the best of humanity throughout the telling of stories of selfless acts of kindness, courage and perseverance,” said Jim Walton, president of CNN Worldwide in a statement. “We are honored to bring these heroes the recognition they so deserve. It is a program that the entire CNN family is proud of and excited to share with our viewers on Thanksgiving night.”

Other celebrities on the “blue-ribbon” panel include boxerMuhammad Ali, singer Ricky Martin, actors Hill Harperand Rainn Wilson, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, supermodel Alek Wek, Richard Branson, and actress Holly Robinson Peete.

Recipients will receive prizes worth over $25,000 and theHero Of The Year will be awarded $100,000.

Well, well, well Luda’s up next. He says that he can put a monkey spanking on you all day long. For some reason I believe Luda over Puffy don’t know why. Luda did a interview with Honey they caught up with him and talked about him having the number one album in the country.

Honey: First off, congrats, Luda! How are you feeling about the single sales?
Ludacris: The album is doing really well. What can I say?  It’s been ten years. I’m blessed that I’m still able to generate singles that move everybody and can break records.

The theme is men vs women. What were you trying to do originally Battle Of The Sexes and how did it change?
Originally and now it’s pretty much the same. Originally, I was trying to get an album where you had a balance of both the male and female perspectives on many different issues and topics. I feel like it’s a male-dominated industry and I wanted to get a chance to hear more of the female voice on different subjects. At the same time, you have regular Ludacris songs on there. Long story short, I have records talking about women, records talking to women and records where they are talking back to me. That’s exactly what the premise was [and is].

Talk about your reunion with Bill ’O Riley.
Every since he said something about me on television, I’ve been hoping to run into him in person to confront him on everything he said.  I finally got that opportunity last year at the White House Correspondence dinner. When I saw his name on the list of people present, I immediately went up and confronted him. He had this look on his face, like I was the last person that he expected to see.

The first thing I said to him was, ‘I wanted to meet the person who had so much to say about me but knows absolutely nothing about me.’

From there we had a conversation, which is confidential at this point. I can’t talk about it. But I can let you know that out of our fifteen-minute conversation, some good came out of it because we did something good for the community, we did something for charity. It’s confidential so I can’t really go into detail about it.

Is it some philanthrophy that you don’t need to brag about it?
Its philanthropy that I’m not at liberty to talk about; just made it happen.

Are you in the new Fast and the Furious 5?
It’s not confirmed as of yet. I’m still waiting on a script, but I’ve been told that they’re working on all of that.

How about your newly-launched cognac?
Conjure cognac. I love cognac so much that instead of just endorsing another product or putting my name on something, I took it upon myself to actually meet with a business partner and go out to Cognac, France and blend my own. I took some of the best quality cognac and mixed them together in one bottle, but I wanted to offer it at a price at which you would buy a regular quality cognac. Long-story short, it’s a better quality cognac at a better price. Conjure means to conjure your imagination and conjure good times.

Where can we find Conjure?
It’s available in Georgia, New York, Florida, New Jersey, California and in Chicago in April.

How did you choose the line-up of female emcees to accompany you on this co-ed album?
I wanted to take females you know, that have already made a name for themselves, like Eve, Trina and, of course, Lil’ Kim and then get some new females that are making a name for themselves now, like Nicki Minaj and Diamond.

Can you give us some details on the next album?
Details are sketchy but its called Ludaversal. You’ll probably have it at the end of 2010 or somewhere at the beginning of 2011.

Who is Ludacris’ mystery woman? Is she someone special in your life?
I try to preserve certain things and keep things special and that is one thing that I would like to keep private.

Describe your ideal woman
I don’t know what my type is until I see or meet that person. I guess I could say, intelligence, great personality and beauty, inside and out. I don’t discriminate.

Curves or model-esque stature?
I prefer women with curves.

Your song, “Hey Ho” talks about the stigmas and double standards. Are you opening to dating a girl who has been around-the-block?
I’m not currently dating right now so I can’t answer the question.

Do you prefer dating or are you happier in a monogamous relationship?
When you’re dating you’re looking for that someone to be in a monogamous relationship with, so I’d rather be in a monogamous relationship.

How long is a good love-making session?
All day long.

Any fantasy you have yet to achieve in the bedroom?
Of course, but those fantasies will be between the girl I’m fantasizing of…

Ludacris scores his fourth No. 1 on the Billboard 200 as “Battle of the Sexes” debuts atop the tally with 137,000 copies. The album is the rapper/actor’s follow-up to 2008’s “Theater of the Mind,” which peaked at No. 5. Counting “Battle,” Ludacris (aka Christopher Bridges) has scored seven top 10 sets, including his previous No. 1s — “Release Therapy” (2006), “The Red Light District” (2004) and “Chicken N Beer” (2003).

Rapper Ludacris has been in the game since 1998 and has been successful since a young age after starting his own record label Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP) with his manager. 12 years later Ludacris reflects on how he became his own boss and encourages other young upcoming artists to do the same.

“I actually wrote a song called Tell It Like It Is, And one of the things that I said was ‘The first thing I did was signed myself to myself, which was Disturbing Tha Peace Records and I incorporated it at a young age therefore if somebody wanted to sign me, they had to sign my company. I have a very unique deal, I came out with an independent album and I was selling records on my own.”

Ludacris recalls being able to make his own decisions about his career and ensuring that signing to Def Jam will benefit him in the long run.

“This gave me leverage when Def Jam came to me and said, ‘We wanna sign you to a contract.’ So I’m sitting there saying well this is what I’m doing on my own, I’m already making this amount of money. What can you do for me that’s going to make me interested in signing to your company, so I definitely encourage everyone to get as much leverage as you can. The only way you can do that is by putting your bills on the table. All the way on it. Because man, it’s crazy, a lot of people want success and aren’t willing to do what it takes to get success or earn success.”

Congratulations to Ludacris for selling over a million records with “How Low“, the breakthrough hit single off his 7th upcoming album ‘Battle Of The Sexes‘ . He just received his Platinum Plaque.

The track is produced by Canadian producer T-Minus and was first heard at the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta on October 27th, 2009 when it was performed by Ludacris as the 2nd half of a medley that began with Lil Scrappy’s “Addicted to Money“, a song on which he is featured. It samples Public Enemy’s “Bring the Noise“, for the vocals “How Low Can You Go?” (additional vocals by Carla Henderson). Shawnna is featured on the chorus as well.

“How Low” is just one of the many highlights of Ludacris’ next debut. There are other tracks such as “Hey Ho” Featuring Lil’ Kim and Lil Fate and “My Chick Bad“, which features Nicki Minaj for the second single.
