During a recent interview, 50 Cent expressed an interest in talking with former G-Unitrapper Young Buck. The two haven’t had much communication in the last couple of years but recently Buckaccused the New York rapper of attempting to “starve” him and pleaded for a release from his recording contract with the group. He even filed for bankruptcy in an attempt to straighten out his financial affairs and claimed that the filing released him from all contractual obligations. However according to 50, the Tennessee MC is still tied to G-Unit Records, and they need to have a “sit-down.”

“He’s actually [still] signed to G-Unit Records,” said Fif while talking to Shade 45’s Angela Yee. “Well, I think we need to sit-down. [He can’t reach me?]  If he can reach you, how can’t he reach me? If he’s trying to reach you, he could, the same way you could reach me.”

Blaming Buck’s “random outbursts” for their elongated beef, he added, “Buck is impulsive. And even when you see his outbursts, his random outbursts, again, you’ll see it be quiet, nobody’s talking, negative energy going on and then he’ll go ‘F*ck that, this and that, I ain’t want no G-Unit reunion! I’m gonna kill’ — he’s not gonna do none of that. It’s just who he is, he just does that randomly. People wondered why I taped the conversation I did a long time ago and it was an explanation, to explain what I had been going through. That was happening periodically.”

After filing for Chapter 13, Buck’s attorney also mentioned the possibility of filing a lawsuit against 50 and G-Unit. But the rapper has since denied that he has any plans to file a complaint calling it nothing more than a rumor.

Young Buck has released a statement in response to the news of his filing for bankruptcy hitting the Internet and according to the Tennesseerapper, he did not voluntarily file for Chapter 13 but was forced to do so, so that he could get his current financial situation under control.

“I was forced to file bankruptcy, not because I am broke, but because I have to get my finances back in order and deal with the contract situations I was in,” said Buck. “Now I have a clean slate and full control over my own life and career.”

According to sources, reps for Buck also confirmed that the Chapter 13 filing negated “any and all contractual obligations” held by the southern MC including “his recording and publishing contracts with G-Unit Recordings.”

Now a free man, Buck also claimed that despite what his bankruptcy attorney, Lynda Jones, told the Nashville City Paper, he has no plans to file a civil suit against 50 Cent and the G-Unit label.

“Where did that rumor come from?! said Buck. “I have not filed suit against anyone, although, maybe that’s not a bad idea.”

In other news, Buck will release a new street album titledThe Rehab on September 7th.

Young Buck filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection earlier this month, according to the Nashville City Paper. The Tennessee rapper reportedly filed the recently unsealed documents voluntarily a couple of days after hisHendersonville home was raided by IRS agents on August 3rd.

The court filing, which states that Buck currently makes $19,170 a month, details his plan to settle all of his past debts and includes a proposition to dock his monthly salary from his label, Cashville Records, by $12,500 for 60 months, to come up with a total of $750,000; though he owes his creditors a little over a million, a quarter of a million is the minimum required payment.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, George C. Paine, accepted the plan on August 20th and ordered that the payroll deductions begin. As a part of the plan, Buck will be allowed to keep any additional income that he earns in the future including royalty checks.

His bankruptcy attorney, Lynda Jones, spoke with theNashville City Paper and revealed that the bankruptcy is a part of the former G-Unit member’s plan to get back on track financially and said that he will be filing a civil suit against 50 Cent in the upcoming months.

“Mr. Brown [Young Buck] intends to reorganize his debts and pay off the IRS in a timely manner through Chapter 13,” said Jones. “We hope to secure the return of his personal property quickly. He will also be filing a lawsuit in the next 30-60 days against his former manager, [the] G-Unit label, and Mr. Curtis Jackson.”

Buck has been at war with 50 Cent since his departure fromG-Unit. Though he isn’t a part of the group anymore he hasn’t fulfilled all of his contractual obligations to the New York MC. He accused Fif earlier this year of denying him clearances to appear in songs and said that the G-Unit leader is trying to “starve” him.

Young Buck’s Nashville, TNhome was raided by gun-toting federal agents and IRS officials, reports TMZ.com.  According to the celebrity gossip site, the feds entered the southern rapper’s home with shotguns and seized a number of his personal items including some recording equipment, jewelry, furniture, platinum wall plaques, and his children’s PlayStation.

His assets were reportedly confiscated in an attempt to settle a $300,000 tax debt and in a written statement, Buck not only vowed to never be in this position again but also revealed that he ran into money troubles after trusting the wrong people to handle his business affairs.

“Nothing like this will ever happen again. This is a huge wake-up call for all entertainers to stay on top of your own trusted employees and team members, and replace anyone that was put in place by your record label if the situation you have goes sour,” said the former G-Unit rapper.

“The IRS situation came about because I trusted accountants, lawyers, and managers to handle my business for me while I focused on making music. From now on, I am going to stay on top of my own business.”

Buck’s career has taken a turn for the worst since he departed from G-Unit and he has engaged in a public feud with the group’s leader 50 Cent. Most recently, he accused50 of blacklisting him in the music industry by refusing to clear him for features.

“I’m gone clear this shit up real quick because I see a lot of real ni*gas in here.  I don’t f*ck with that nigga 50 Cent… For real, f*ck that ni*ga.  [But] I gotta lotta love for Eminem though, that’s my ni%ga.  Eminem don’t even agree with the bullsh#t that 50 Cent doing with me.  Don’t worry about Buck, I’m good with or without some b%tch ass ni%ga named 50 motherf*cking Cent.  I promise you that.”

Adding further insult, Buck also spoke on his old crew not being able to come to the D without paying a hefty tax.

“I’m in Detroit, I’m in Eminem’s hometown…A lot of these ni*gas can’t come to Detroit, this is a no fly zone.”
